Born in Inyo County, California, but raised here in the Central Valley, Amanda Neal joined the firm in 2015. Amanda graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Amanda attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In 2008, Amanda granted in the top 5% of her class at McGeorge and in the process earned admission to the Traynor Honor Society and the Order of the Coif. Amanda’s practice includes water transfers, analysis of water supplies, environmental compliance, as well as a wide range of business and real estate services, including agricultural real estate purchasing and leasing.
Amanda is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Fresno County Women Lawyers. Amanda and her husband, William Neal, have three children and four dogs. In her limited spare time, Amanda enjoys reading, crafting and baking.
